Terms & Conditions

At the Fabulous Biker Boys Ltd we believe in doing business the old-fashioned way, with a firm handshake rather than multi-page contracts containing acres of small print. In this spirit, our terms & conditions are simple and transparent.

Fees

  • We charge a flat fee, so there are no additional costs without the client's prior knowledge and agreement.

  • Fees are invoiced monthly and payment is due within 15 days.

Notice period

  • During the first four years working with a client we will give, and expect to receive in return, one calendar month’s notice of termination.

  • From five to eight years this would increase to two months’ notice, rising to three months thereafter.

We believe that this is fair to both ourselves and our clients and allows sufficient time to complete any outstanding work and to put other arrangements in place.

CONFLICTS OF INTEREST

We will always endeavour to avoid any direct conflict of interest.  Working in a specialist role in a niche sector, conflicts of interest can arise (for example, two clients supplying similar products).  In these instances we will work with our clients to find an amicable solution.  In return we expect our clients to avoid any conflicts by using other agencies to conduct their PR work.

Confidentiality

Any confidential Information obtained from, or relating to our client, will be safeguarded accordingly and only used for the purposes of our work for them.

CODE OF CONDUCT

As a member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations, our Managing Director agrees to abide by its aims and objectives and Code of Professional Conduct. If you are in any way unhappy about the service that you receive from us please contact us and we will do our utmost to resolve the problem swiftly and amicably.

LEGAL

The interpretation of these terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England & Wales.
