AAA-Rated Race Suit from Weise

Made from 1.0mm-1.2mm cow hide, the Tornado 2.0 is certified to EN17092 AAA – the highest rating available, and one that not all race suits achieve.

The leather’s natural abrasion resistance is backed by RE ZRO® removable armour at the back, shoulders, elbows and knees, with TPU shoulder protectors and elbow sliders adding a further line of defence. An internal rubber coccyx pad completes the protection package.

High-speed riding demands flexibility as much as protection, so Weise has incorporated Cordura® and Spandex® stretch panels throughout, with ‘accordion’ stretch panels at key areas.

An aerodynamic speed hump on the upper back guides airflow over riders when tucked into the bike, while external rubber grip pads on the inner knees help them lock onto the tank under heavy braking.

Targeted air-flow perforations to the torso, back, thighs and calves prevent overheating during spirited riding, and a textile mesh inner lining keeps things comfortable.

A Neoprene® comfort panel at the rear of the collar and Neoprene® trim to the collar, cuffs and legs remove pressure points, while YKK® lockable zippers at the main closure and cuffs ensure everything stays securely fastened when the pace picks up.
